Projectlife L.A.B.
Learn. Apply. Bridge
Translational Systems Inquiry & Human Systems Learning

Projectlife L.A.B. (Learn. Apply. Bridge.) is the research and development arm of Projectlife Services. It is built on the idea that meaningful change does not come from studying systems at a distance, but from learning within them.

The L.A.B. works in partnership with schools, engaging in a continuous cycle of learning, application, and reflection. As insights are developed through real-world work, they are immediately applied, tested, and refined alongside educators.

This work includes:

  • Learning with schools by studying how context, behavior, and leadership interact in real conditions

  • Applying insights in real time through system design, coaching, and problem-solving

  • Bridging what is learned into practical tools, frameworks, and strategies that can be used across settings

  • Developing and refining models such as the Behavior Equity Framework and CELE

Creating a feedback loop where practice informs research and research strengthens practice

This is a collaborative process grounded in shared responsibility and shared power. Schools are not subjects of study—they are partners in developing knowledge that is usable, meaningful, and sustainable.
