Fieldwise Network

Fieldwise Network

Fieldwise Network is a developing model designed to strengthen school systems while also building the field.

It operates through two coordinated pathways:

Embedded Development (Stewardship Model)

A developing or “green” behavior analyst is embedded within a school system, working alongside staff in the context of daily practice. This role is actively supported by ongoing supervision and consultation from Projectlife Services.

As the practitioner’s skills and independence grow, Projectlife gradually fades its direct supervision and involvement while the practitioner remains embedded within the system.

The goal is for the individual to become a confident, independent provider, either continuing within the district or transitioning into a direct role with the school. This approach builds lasting internal capacity while supporting the development of skilled, school-based practitioners.

Targeted Expertise (Specialist Support)
Schools are connected with experienced school-based BCBAs who provide short-term, high-level consultation for specific needs. This may include complex cases, program review, or targeted systems problem-solving.

This support is designed to be efficient, focused, and immediately applicable.

Across both pathways, Fieldwise is grounded in a stewardship model supporting both practitioners' development and the long-term strength of school systems.

Fieldwise extends the broader Projectlife model by bridging learning from the L.A.B. into practice while supporting and sustaining district-level work.
