District Partnership
School consultation, strategic partnerships, and capacity building for districts.
Systems | Leadership | Practice

Projectlife Services partners with districts to improve how behavior, leadership, and support systems function in everyday practice. The work begins with understanding schools as human systems in which behavior, decision-making, and outcomes are shaped by context, relationships, and existing conditions.

Rather than adding new initiatives, the focus is on identifying and strengthening the conditions already influencing how the system operates.
This work often looks like:
-
Analyzing discipline, attendance, and referral patterns alongside team perspectives to understand what current systems are producing
-
Conducting in-school observations to see how expectations, responses, and supports are actually implemented across settings
-
Mapping system conditions (e.g., clarity, consistency, reinforcement, communication) to identify gaps and misalignment
-
Working across levels from individual student needs to team processes to district systems to ensure coherence
-
Partnering with leadership and staff to reduce initiative overload and align priorities, expectations, and decision-making
-
Supporting teams in redesigning routines, supports, and interventions so they are usable and sustainable in real conditions
-
Facilitating collaborative problem-solving for complex situations where behavior, mental health, and system responses intersect

This is a collaborative process. The work is done with teams, not for them, building shared understanding, internal capacity, and ownership over change. The goal is to help systems learn from themselves, strengthen from within, and sustain progress over time.
Systems
Analysis
Assess the conditions shaping behavior and decision-making across the system. This includes analyzing data, observing practice, and identifying patterns in clarity, consistency, reinforcement, and communication before determining next steps.
PFL-S Coaching
Support leaders in developing psychologically flexible decision-making, strengthening their ability to respond to real conditions while aligning actions with values, priorities, and system needs.
Restorative Integration
Integrate restorative practices into existing systems by aligning them with daily routines, expectations, and responses, so they function as part of the system rather than as a separate initiative.
Program Implementation
Design and refine Tier 1, 2, and 3 supports based on identified system conditions. Focus on building interventions that are usable, aligned, and reinforced within the existing environment.
Educator Coaching
Work alongside educators to strengthen classroom practices through modeling, feedback, and reflection, supporting real-time application and alignment with system expectations.
System Redesign
Redesign systems, structures, and processes based on how behavior is currently being shaped. Align expectations, reinforcement, and decision-making to create more coherent and sustainable outcomes.
